All the hectares planted with vines are conducted under a voluntary integrated system, that is, limiting phytosanitary interventions as much as possible. The soil is mixed clay and sandy, rich in limestone skeleton, and yields per hectare are naturally very low, ensuring consistent quality to all wines.
